Description
Harambee is working to identify and close skills gaps among young people to accelerate their potential to find opportunities with Global Business Service (GBS) companies - companies that support international clients even when they operate locally.
Requirements
*Language acceleration in English and/or French depending on your level *Work behavior to boost energy, positive attitude, initiative,curiosity, resilience and self management) *Professional communication in a workplace environment (build confidence, presentation, teamwork, etc) *Interview skills including CV review and Mock Interviews *Feedback implementation to help personal growth *Gain a community of like-minded people *Digital Literacy (MS Outlook, typing, etc.) Overview of the Program *Full-day training from Monday to Friday (8.30 am to 5.00 pm): *Duration: Training will last between 3 and 7 weeks, depending on your language proficiency level. *Lunch will be provided *A transport stipend of 4,000rwf per day during the training period will be provided NOTE: This training is available to all Rwandan Nationals and Refugees with ID Cards.
