The Higher Education Council (HEC) Rwanda is offering scholarship opportunities for eligible Rwandan students to study at GIFT University, Pakistan.

Eligibility & Requirements
Undergraduates eligibility requirement:
• Be Rwandan citizens
• Be 21 years of age or younger
• Have completed secondary education or its equivalent
• Possess a valid passport
• Meet the academic requirements of the chosen programme.
Master’s degree scholarship benefits:
Partial tuition scholarships are available for Master’s degree programmes.
Please note that for Masters’ students, accommodation, living expenses, travel costs, and other
related expenses shall be borne by the student.
