GPA Calculator

Add each course's grade point and credit hours to get your credit-weighted GPA. Nothing you enter leaves your browser.

Enter each course's grade point already on your chosen scale (e.g. 3.7, 4.0). Check your institution's own grading policy for how letter grades map to points — this differs between institutions.
Course (optional) Grade Point Credit Hours

How This Is Calculated

Weighted GPA = (sum of each course's grade point × its credit hours) ÷ (sum of all credit hours).

Example: a course worth 3 credits with a 3.7 grade point contributes 11.1 "quality points." Add up quality points across all courses, then divide by total credits.
